They don't pay the minimal wage, put their workers at physical risk, harass them psychologically, threaten them, and promote inexperienced workers to coordinate their services.The owner, Leopoldo Bifulco, behaves with his workers like a mafia capo, even with physical threaten, when he is requested to give the required paperwork when quitting.The Council should stop working with them, put them under investigation and shut them down.

Carla you are so correct, I worked there for 3 years and saw the worst practise ever!! My review was deleted, you are right tho, bristol city council should not let this company operate, all they care about is money. They attempted to let a sex offender live with a vulnerable woman because there was a spare room in a house that yourlifestyle was renting from a private landlord. They treat foreign staff in a terrible way aswell. Very dodgy company. They use to pay Gloucester wages to Bristol staff.
