Good place to visit. Kids will have fun. More paying options if with 5 or more kids in group. Refreshments also available upstairs.

Went there for a party. The place is a joke. The teenage" staff spent the whole hour stood chatting to each other

Visited here today for the first time. (I normally travel to Hereford and go to 'Flip Out' this place is closer to where I live and has upstairs viewing. Cost wise it was good too - we only had a 1hr session £9.99 but a good deal is the 1hr power hour and climb combo for £12.95. Can also add on the zip line for £1.49 Plenty for them to try again. I didnt use the cafe on this occasion so can't comment on food or pricing. My boys loved it though so we will be back to try it out again. Great place to burn off some energy.

Went there for our Grand daughters birthday party with a group of 9 kids!The areas are large and there is plenty to do for the kids. They had a ball!Food is reasonable but basic and there is a cafe area for the older ones to overlook the play area and have a cuppa. If you try to access the inflatable areas you will find it heavy going and the kids will easily outrun you! Disabled access is very good with a lift to the cafe area. However, the gallery area, where the party rooms are, have restricted access for a wheelchair and did present a few problems. The staff did offer to move the party to the cafe area to provide better access which was very good but we stayed with the themed room and muddled through.

Web site useless. Gives you the wrong times. phoned them was told to book online. The reception area was huge and empty with a young lady showing not a lot of interest in us visiting. We were told to go to back of Enflate and wait for someone, No one came so we made our way to rock wall. Cafe was scruffy looking with only sugary cup cakes for sale. Luckily our grandson loved his bouncing. But the whole place looks very tired and run down. Needs a good clean and some friendly,approachable staff. What a great place it could be with some care and attention and food.

I think this place was MUCH MUCH better when it was formerly known as Energize as the trampolines and park was much better to play on for adults & children, but then they changed it to an inflatable park but I do believe it can be a health and safety concern, for small children it is fine as they don’t weigh much but there is not enough air pressure to operate the park properly as there is a lot of spots under inflated, so if you have a few 16-17 stone men with their kids on this you feel the flooring sink, there is patches in various places down to wear & tear and you can feel air in some places, there is some hard flooring I can feel in some spots and if your not carful you can bash your knee on it. I had a birthday party for my son some time back and I wasn’t happy with the service they refused to give a refund so we ended up with vouchers which we wasn’t impressed with. I do also believe it is very overpriced for a kids inflatable park for an hour as you can easily spend £10 or more on the weekends I have been to soft plays that are more value for money. However the staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. So because of this I have given 3 stars but if the staff were rude and arrogant I would have given less marks like 1 star.

First visit and the kids loved it, I just wish the staff would be more aware of what the children are doing as they seemed to be stood around a lot just chatting. I was very disappointed with the female member of staff who was sat next to the bouncy balls allowing all the children to push in from both sides and not follow the rules from the safety video we were asked to watch. Also some of the children were climbing on top of the maze which was very dangerous and I wouldn’t let my children play in there because of this so they missed out. It was a family session so thought it would be a safer option for my 4 year old but didn’t see many parents or staff stopping the children during the hour session.

Lovely hour or two out with the kids. Full disclosure here, I'm a big kid. This was perfect for playing chase or hide and seek. You need to be in relatively good shape or the kids will get away ;)But no. Good fun and something different.We actually went with the squirrels and Enflate were able to provide free squash... They needed it!

Went to a kids party there this week. Let’s just say it wasn’t a nice party. The inflatable isn’t that well inflated, so when u first stand on it you fall over, there’s no support at the front of the park at all so be weary. Plasters and tape over the park as a quick fix to holes. Zip wire advertised, but when you get there the miserable staff tell you it’s not open. When asked why, they said they think it’s broken. No atmosphere, staff all huddled together talking. The food took a good half an hour to arrive, with the children just sat waiting. Food quality was terrible, tinned brine hotdogs that looked burnt & dried up, with a few natchips. I wouldn’t give it to the birds let alone eat it! Run down dirty looking place, with dirty toilets. Every toilet seat was loose & dangerous. Staff very young and miserable. It’s all about taking your money but not providing a service. Avoid at all costs for parties. I would have given it zero stars if I could have.
