I signed up for the 8 week gut reset programme and cannot recommend it highly enough.The information provided was extremely professional and easy to understand. The weekly support sessions and on-line support groups were invaluable!I loved the recipes provided and some are still firm favourites.I lost 10 lbs and have managed to maintained my weight loss. I was not hungry (I am usually always hungry) and even managed to give up my wine tasting for 8 weeks!I have been attending Pilates for many years at the studio and value the classes for their personal support!Just marvellous! Well done KT and her dedicated team!

I signed up for the 8 week gut reset and can’t recommend it enough. The course was fully supported with weekly check ins, education on the different foods in the elimination, at home work out videos and even an online community where you could share your experiences.Whilst I lost weight consistently every week, losing weight from this almost felt like a side effect. For me, it was incredible to finally understand my body and what foods works for me personally. I’ve never felt better! I would frequently feel bloated and lethargic… not anymore!Whilst I have adopted the things I learnt into my daily life (I have finally kicked my caffeine habit) I will be using the skills I learnt after any indulgent period (Christmas, holiday) to reset and feel good again! After doing numerous 'Gut Resets' in the past KTs is without a doubt superior in every imaginable way..Previously I paid a lot for a piece of paper starting what I couldn't eat for 8 weeks. During that time no support group, no meal plans, no recipe help just left in the dark to fend for myself with a bunch of expensive supplements. At the end of the program I was advised to return to my old food choices and surprise surprise all my problems came back...My biggest issue is unexpected extreme bloating, very painful within 20 minutes of eating. I would often leave a restaurant with not just a food baby but food quadruplets :') KT's plan is designed in a way you reset for 21 one days then reintroduce each food one by one. You track every symptom so you can find out what your triggers are and solve the problem long term. You get shopping lists, recipes, a priavte support group, check ins, Zoom calls, the support is absolutely fantastic! It's all about healthy, whole, natural foods that will help to reduce inflammation, not a supplement in sight :DI have discovered I was about 30% permanently bloated and then would have these flare ups. I can't explain how much more comfortable my stomach feels it's like I've lost 20 pounds :DNow my 8 weeks has finished, yes I'm having the odd naughty thing but my cravings are no where as intense. I'm reaching for healthy things without having to force myself to put down the chocolate. I even order salads over pasta in restaurants without being sad :') If you struggle with sticking to a food plan, if you struggle with resisting cravings this course is definitely for you :D (My partner joined in and lost a stone and a half!!)Could not recommend this course enough 1000/10! Would I say it's changed my life.. Definitely yes! Thank you Katie!

I signed up for the 8 week gut reset programme to help me take control of my eating habits, which had become unhealthy. The programme taught me how to better read food labels and the importance of eating for maximum nutritional value. It was a challenge however I started to notice the benefits of not eating gluten and diary products which motivated me to keep focused on the programme and to select alternatives such as GF and coconut based products. The weekly coaching calls set me up for success as they were both informative and supportive. As a result of the programme, I’m sticking to a GF and DF diet as I feel lighter, less bloated and healthier. I have lost a stone in weight and inches from my waist, hips and thighs. The nutritional education has been really transformative for me personally and i feel great!

I signed up for the 8-week gut reset and am thrilled by the healthy habits I have developed both throughout and after the programme. I gained a lot of knowledge about nutrition and what to read on food labels. I've managed to adopt an 80/20 lifestyle and have found enjoyment in cooking my meals with healthier ingredients. From the programme and joining group classes at Katie’s studio, I lost a stone during the 8 weeks and have since dropped another half a stone by maintaining the same habits from the gut reset, bringing my total weight loss of 21 pounds! I couldn't be more pleased with my progress and the program's results. Would highly recommend for anyone who is stuck in the habit of eating mainly processed food, feeling bloated and lacking motivation!

I signed up for the 8 week gut reset and feel the healthiest and fittest I have been in years. I put my weight gain and bloating symptoms down to menopause and struggled with yo yo dieting . I now know which foods cause the bloating and am so pleased to have lost a 14lb during this course along with twice a week exercise classes. The small exercise classes have been fantastic and the Team are so supportive and encouraging . I have decided to continue with the exercise classes and along with my new knowledge have since lost another 7lb and have improved on my fitness levels. My energy levels are higher and dropping a dress size has made me feel really good in the clothes which was another goal. Highly recommend!

I've completed both term 1 and 2 of KT's Skinny Jeans School as well as attending some graduate classes and I can honestly say...best thing I ever did! Not only is the studio such a uniquely awesome place to workout but KT herself provides a world class service. She cares about every individual who walks through those doors and no challenge is ever too much for her. I left the classes feeling inspired, determined and stronger to do better. Don't be worried about fitting in or be nervous about the level of intensity...you work at your own pace with guidance from KT. Everyone I met is lovely and you form unexpected friendships along the way. Over a year on from my first day at the studio and I still practice my healthy eating habits and cook awesome meals. I can't wait to get back there after my pregnancy!

I signed up for the 8 week Gut Reset and am so glad I did. Even having completed other Gut Health analysis programmes, I found KT’s programme hugely informative and, with the excellent support offered from KT’s expertise to the friendly community, I successfully stuck to the whole programme and discovered food sensitivities which I had not been guided around before. Would highly recommend this program to everyone.

I signed up for the 8 week Gut Reset and it’s been a game changer. I kept to the diet plan and in the 8 weeks lost 11lb and my energy levels increased . I did also join two group training sessions as week . It’s now 4 months since I started the plan and my total weight loss is 1 stone and that’s with introducing most foods back into my diet.If you are thinking about doing the gut reset ………go for it !!
