Plan Car Leasing themselves as brokers have been excellent. Great communications and information from Luke about the vehicle, how everything works etc was really valuable as a first time leaser. Emma's information on all the financial arrangements and liaison with Alphabet (the providers of the financial arrangements) were also great. All dealings with Alphabet have so far been disappointing. Their E-signature arrangements to sign the papers on line bounced me out immediately when I pressed 'proceed' and locked me out, then we had to revert to PDFs, then they wouldn't approve an E-signature onto the PDF so I had to revert to paper signing. Then once approved the on-line portal for the finance account didn't work and had to be re-set. It all seems frustrating and inefficient when most companies can manage to arrange things on-line efficiently. So 5 star for Plan Car Leasing but marked slightly down because of their finance partners.

Leased 2 cars in a space of 6 months and on both occasions I was looked after very well by Ben, Luke and Emma. Both cars were in stock and had been delivered in 2-3 weeks. They were really helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I look forward to renewing once the leases are over. Keep up the good work.

Spoke to Chris about 2 new business lease cars - turned around in incredible short time, very helpful and brilliant process. We are a new LTD Company so was a bit trickier, but extremely helpful and professional. Emma looked after the contracts and delivery, communication was superb. Thanks a lot - will be back when we need a new motor or renew these leases !

Leave you without a car on the day of delivery and blame the dealer for not delivering the car.
