The owner and her daughter were really helpful, very welcoming! There was plenty of choice and size, and the buying options (off the rack, order etc.) were clearly explained on arrival. I was given a recommended seamstress for alterations and the online appointment booking is convenient too.

My partner, sister-in-law and mother-in-law visited here yesterday evening looking for the perfect wedding dress. I was sat in the car for two full painstaking hours when they came out with big smiles on they're faces having found the perfect wedding dress. I was quickly told how the host and service received was amazing. I now have one very happy wife to be whom can't wait to collect her wedding dress. Thank you all at The Bridal Lounge.

Just the experience I was looking for. Helen was amazing, patient, gave good advice and didn't push me into anything. Certainly didn't influence anything on price and a good range of prices to choose between. I've found the dress I want and couldn't be happier. Thank you!
