Would recommend all students to avoid this accommodation. Though they’ve cancelled my contract, and I moved out within 3 days of moving in, they’ve charged me £1600.Exploiting students!!

My experience might be unique since I have stayed in Kirkgate Residence for 4 years. The furniture was all second-hand and wear off when I left. I felt diassapointed when Kirkgate Residence deducted 200£ from my deposit for what they claimed cleaning
