Excellent friendly service. I had an issue with one of the wheels which they investigated and found a slight buckle on the alloy wheel only noticeable on the balance machine. Rebalanced a different way which has hopefully resolved.

I have used Formula One Felixstowe services for many years mainly for car MOT. Recently I requested area manager Paul for quotation for disks and pads for front and rear of my car. I can only say that Paul was extremely competitive when pricing the job. Given I had gained several prices for the job from other sources. Once the job was approved the car went in on Saturday morning and was available for pickup in early afternoon. The whole team are very competent, professional and friendly, I couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Very pleased with the overall standards and services received, i can definitely recommend Paul and his team.

Brilliant place and exceptional staff. Cannot thank Paul enough for his help and advice with my car. Had several issues with my car that needed looking at asap and he was straight on it! Made time for me even though he was already busy and (for a newbie car driver like myself) explained everything and really made sure my car was checked properly. Amazing customer service!

Hi, after having my car done at this garage. I will definitely be going back to them for future work. I found them very hard working at trying to get the job in hand done. the job on my car wasn’t an easy one for them to deal with. They always kept me up to date on the situation, they charged me for the job and how long it should take and didn’t bill me for the extra work and time they done to get the job done. As for reading previous reviews with having to go back a few times to sort out other issues that came up after work being done. It’s going to happen and nothing is going to be perfect every time, that’s life. They coped very well with trying to get jobs done as well as other customers coming in with little problems fresh off the road. They try to be helpful to all customers and they do it very well. A big thank you!!

Had a service, advised tyre tread was very close to legal limit on the inside. Also needed a wheel alignment, I took the car elsewhere for a wheel alignment and asked them to check the tyre in question. Turns out it was completely fine they even showed me, not sure why I was lied to. Assuming I was trying to be fleeced.

took the car in as the windows were stuck open. after an hour with the car they came out and told us the regulator had gone. tied the window shut and gave us the motor to keep safe until we could fix it. quoted an extortionate amount to fix it. we shopped around as you do and sent it to another garage. turns out it was the motor and not the regulator. they also didn't put the screws back in the bag so had to buy more. absolute sharks and would of cost us a fortune for them to replace the regulator to then have to replace the motor as that was the actual problem.not happy.

Do not use for wheel alignment.They offered a standard wheel alignment due to having multiple tyres changed, and only made matters worse.Had to spend money elsewhere to get new tyres again and a proper alignment because they ruined my tyres.
