Lara is a true inspiration and fantastic coach. She is focused and determined and her enthusiasm is catching her highly recommend her.

I've only been working with Lara for a couple of weeks but I feel like I already made significant progress in my self-discovery and self-development journey. Lara helps me find the roots of the issues that I have been dealing with for years and that are holding me back in life. She does this with kindness, empathy, respect and warm energy. Highly recommend Lara to anyone that feels stuck in life and needs guidance to find the right path.

Not sure where to start except to say, wow, what a life changer the coaching sessions with Lara have been. Lara was so professional yet super personable which put me at ease right away. She has an amazing way of asking questions, prompting me to consider and respond in a way I would never of thought of on my own. Our focus was more on career, life goals, future plans and strategies to get there, as well as helping me clearly see the path that felt right for me through her questions and exercises. We talked a lot about self confidence and self love too, and this one particular exercise I still use now, even after months of finishing my sessions with Lara. Lara is an incredible person and inspirational coach, who can adapt to whatever you need. I will be using your coaching again if I ever feel lost or need of some extra help. Thanks for everything.

Just over 4 years ago I needed a new hairdresser & this is where Lara first came into my life. Firstly I have to say my hair has never looked better!I knew instantly I would get along with Lara, she has the ability to know just how much or little you want to talk.I’m quite a private person but after a few appointments I found myself opening up & sharing my devastating grief after losing my close friend to cancer. I began to really look forward our chats and without me realising Lara had given me the “tools” to help me deal with my grief in a better way!Without going into too much detail Lara has guided me through another particularly hard situation over the past two years. She had literally changed the way I see myself & has empowered me not to enable others negativity to impact my life anymore!I truly have so much more confidence since meeting Lara, I only wish I had met her years ago!Sandra
