Shockingly bad online retail return service experience. Ordered a few pairs of Jimmy Choos for my wedding and ended up keeping 1 pair and returning a few other styles. Returns has been a nightmare for 1 pair. The shoes have been confirmed returned by DHL to their warehouse for 21 calendar days (15 business days) and I’ve emailed/called at least 4 times over the past two weeks always receiving either a don’t worry

Hi There I am in Australia and I purchased Two Jimmy Choo Purses on line. BIG MISTAKE. One of the purses arrived it was not packaged AT ALL, it was thrown in a box and shipped, as pictured, by the time I received it the Logo was all scratched. I returned the purse to Jimmy Choo feeling very disappointed as they then advised me that the purse was out of stock and I was unable to get this purse any longer. So I had to settle for a refund, they now have decided to only partially refund me, although it was their fault entirely they choose to have me suffer the $50 taxes and duty fees. SO in short It has cost me $50 and time wasted to receive an unpacked poor/damaged quality item, numerous emails to their customer service team, what a waste of my time and money, luxury good stores, I DONT THINK SO.

This was my 1st time shopping for a Birthday Gift for myself.When I was at the mall this week, I tried on a pair of Jimmy Choo Shoes.I loved trying on beautiful shoes and shopping for beautiful handbags.My favorite perfume from Jimmy Choo is called Illicit.Every time I slip on a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, I feel like Cinderella for one day.On my 50th birthday, I’m hoping to purchase a purse and a pair of Jimmy Choo Shoes.

Very poor customer service! ordered a shoe online and got delivered by DHL.However my package was stolen as they left it next to the entrance.They advise me to report it to the police.I have done it and they still haven't refund me any money or sent me a replacement.Back and forth emailing with customer service for 1 month, lots of stress and the outcome is I had to pay for a goods that I never received! how can a such a big company can let this happen to their customers? anyway...never going to buy anything from Jimmy Choo in future.such a disappointment.

I bought JC sunglasses, one month ago at Montpellier airport and they lost 4 of the 8 stones on the side. I reached out to the customer service. This is their reaction. Why not solve this directly? It is your brand, don’t make it too easy for your client. It would be so easy to solve this with class. A deception.
