The worst customer service and wait times, the place needs to be shut down, they do not offer a functioning service. Wait times on the phone are unbelievable over an an hour is normal, if the phone is answered you are lucky...processing your claim or even a refund will take months...a useless organization..a money making scam which scamming parking companies and other institutions use,

You call at 4.15, left on hold until they close so you no longer have to bother. These issues are really important to not have staff. This is people's livlihoods

county court trial fee must be paid by a certain date, the email address given in the letter is wrong, the telephone number is wrong and even with the correct telephone number.. NO ANSWER? POOR.

Iv tried calling for over a week now calling 4+ times a day. No answer or they just hang up. After reading the other reviews I'm totally shocked any one has even been able to speak to them I'm starting to think they don't even have people working the phones. It's a complete joke and totally unacceptable.

Even when they do answer after an hour they cut you off. This is the worst service on earth. I have complained via the government website yet they do not care either. Our legal system in the UK is simply awful and nobody is accountable for this. The irony is the public are punished for not replying to correspondance in a timely manner yet the systems that process it are not accountable for any delays.

Stacey Baverstock was very helpful and passed my file to the right dept. Unfortunately courts are busy, waiting times on the phone are ridiculous so email is the best way of reaching them. I forgot to write this review until now as I unfortunately have to take someone else to court.

Is this what is happening to this country ASupposed British court which is scamming people and acting fraudulent this country is worse than I first feared I used to respect the court system as fair and helpful Northampton is unbelievably bad
