Ezi Returns are a lazy bunch of thieves. I asked them in January 2021 to send me a list of my inventory and to ship my inventory to Amazon FBA. They did not send me the list , nor did they send my inventory to Amazon and they then charged me monthly fees to store my inventory. I repeatedly asked them to send me a list of my inventory so I could create a shipping order on Amazon Seller. They never sent me the list and continued charging me a monthly fee. Now they are threatening to liquidate my inventory because I have not paid them the monthly fee, which I refuse to pay because they still have not sent me a list of my inventory. On their portal there is a list but quite a few of my items I am unable to work out which item corresponds to certain codes, and some items do not show any code at all, hence the reason why I asked for a list of my inventory from them. Do not use this company, they do not respond to requests, and are totally unhelpful and possibly criminal if they do dispose of my inventory

Ezi Returns were instrumental in allowing my company to continue selling archery equipment in Germany and France when a change to Amazon's policy meant we had to supply a local address for any returned goods from our buyers in these countries.Ezi Returns made this whole process simple for us and were at all times professional and, over the years, we did not have a single issue with them. Quite a record!We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

Very good service for dealing with otherwise difficult overseas Amazon returns. Best suited if you have frequent returns as otherwise it can be some time until it's economic to get consignments sent back so not best suited to occasional returns where technical inspection required fast. But 5 stars for them doing what they set out to do

Very disappointing service. Their software is terrible (I use another services which is much better). Expensive given the level services. I'm trying to cancel my account and 7 days after emailing them they've yet to respond. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this awful company.

I am really very disappointed with their service. They lost 3 of my very expensive leather jackets at their warehouse and never informed me, I only got to know when I asked them to reship to some other customer.Then recently I asked them to ship 2 items from their Canada fulfilment centre, I was provided with the Canada Post tracking IDs but items were never shipped. I had to refund buyer. I dont know where my items are now.

Ezi Returns
They came to my rescue during the recent Royal Mail cyber attack. They allowed me to ship out to one of their return hubs and from there they shipped out to my customers. They may have saved my amazon account from suspension.
