Tesco Travel Money

We visited Napier Road today and were disappointed to see so few checkout staff on duty. There were approx 4 people working the tills and they had queues. People were quite happy to stand there and wait and have a little chat. The speedy tills had approx 6 staff members milling about with no-one to help. This should tell Tesco Management something. Not everyone wants to or physically can use the speedy tills. You are a people place not a machine place. We interacted with the staff we knew which was lovely. Sadly the empty speedy tills dulled the experience.
