Chester Wedding Cars

I've really gave this some thought about posting but now it's been a few weeks after my wedding day its bugged me how much this company had a negative impact on our wedding day.We had booked two wedding cars with Chester wedding cars. Deposits paid balance paid well before wedding booking form filled out numerous phone calls confirming details.So on our wedding day we was to be married at 3pm my husband to be rang this company to confirm they was still arriving as we hadn't heard from them that day. For them to take a few details over the phone and say yes we have you booked in for today(the cars only get used once a day) but we don't have a time. To which he was told we have confirmed it multiple times and they had more than one form of contact for us if they had lost this information. They then told us he wouldn't make our ceremony and we would have to have pics etc after the ceremony he said his driver would be 45 minutes to get to him then he would have to drive to the church he refused to put a suit on himself and just bring the main wedding car. He was heard telling someone that he would polish the car up if they could throw a suit on and get to him fast.There was no initial apology and resulted in him saying send me your bank details we will refund you. My husband and groomsmen had to walk in the rain my 11month old son had to be pushed in a pram and my bridesmaid had to run and get her car for me.I really don't want anybody having to deal with this and would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They took a special part of our day and only apologised when we emailed to say he didn't even have morals to apologise

Fantastic service.We used Chester Wedding Cars for my daughters wedding in October 2023.The first thing I must say is what a super choice of vintage cars they have available. They provided both the main car and bridesmaids car. We were kept fully informed once booked and the cars arrived good and early on the day. Both cars were immaculate and the drivers were polite, friendly and very smart.I would highly recommend this company.

John you are a star! I highly recommend this company... I felt dizzy when first saw all the cars John has. Wow... blown away. We booked a 1930s Rolls Royce for our wedding in June and it was one of the groom's highlights of the day! It was such a treat! John was great at accommodating a very last minute booking and George looked after us so well on the day. We would highly recommend.

Chester Wedding Cars are very professional, John is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the cars and this just makes for an outstanding and honest service. We chose a Rolls Royce which was immaculately presented and a major talking point at the wedding. Our driver for the day was George and he was a really friendly guy, helping me in and out of the car and even holding my train as I walked up the path to the church. A great additional bridesmaid :) I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, their brilliant service just helped to perfect the day.
