The whole experience was first class, everyone one working on the property was professional and well mannered. We had a small issue with pigeon proofing which was sorted almost straight away and we are now left very happy with our solar system.

I have been very impressed by Greenscape who were the chosen supplier for Solar Together Suffolk. Their installers were friendly and efficient, and arrived on time! Follow up has been helpful, courteous and timely, all in all I’m very happy with the installed system and service.

The installation of the solar panels and batteries etc went smoothly in spite of the weather! The electrician and solar panel fitters were invariably polite and worked efficiently. All the packing materials were tidied up and cleared away. The system is working properly and we can monitor how much electricity is being generated via the app. The scaffolding was removed shortly after the panel were installed

Excellent experience with Greenscape energy. I had originally signed up for a battery installation via the Suffolk Solar together scheme. However due to other work taking place at my home I couldn’t make the deadline to get surveys etc completed. However Greenscape agreed to hold the price until I was ready to proceed. I contacted them 6 months later and they carried out the surveys and then arranged for installation. The installation team turned up on time and did a great job of installing the batteries. They even reduced the price by £75 as the work I had done that had delayed the Greenscape work , had upgraded my consumer unit and thus that bit wasn’t required.

The installation of solar panels and batteries on our village hall has been completed to our total satisfaction. Our initial application through the Cambridge Together scheme could not progress as the hall had a 3 phase power supply but Greenscape were able to offer a commercial alternative which was competitively priced.We had to raise additional funds and Greenscape supported us through the delay and in the end provided us with a quote for installation less than their original quote which allowed us to enhance our installation.The installation was carried out quickly and the finished work was immaculate. Electricians and the panel installers carried out their work efficiently and quickly and kept the premises tidy at all times, disruption to the use of the hall was minimal.

A number of our solar panels had stopped working after a number of years and the company that had completed the initial installation had ceased trading. Greenscape came to the rescue and identified the issue and rectified the issue. Their engineer Rob is really very efficient and really does know his subject. We have been totally satisfied with their quality and standard of work.Hollie in customer service department is a delight to deal with and great at following up any issues.

A professional and very importantly knowledgeable team. I would not hesitate in recommending them, we saw many other 'solar' specialists who simply did not understand what would work and what was necessary. They proposed solutions which would not have worked in our more complicated system. The whole installation was very well managed with excellent contractors trenching over 200 metres and putting turf carefully back within our garden. The ground mounted system being used is extremely robust and well specified.

We got 3 companies to quote for solar panels & batteries. Greenscape were by far the most professional from their surveyor to the installers and admin staff. The system worked perfectly from day 1 and is completely appropriate for our needs. We are producing at least 90% of what we use (at July 2023), which is more than we thought we would. We would highly recommend this company who were originally recommended to us. It is great to come across a company with integrity and professionalism to such a high degree. We have had no problems but feel confident that should we need any help in future it will be dealt with efficiently.

Planning and installation of solar panels and associated battery backup system was fairly smooth considering the dreadful weather where the roofer was installing the solar panels in pouring rain. Internal systems are tidy and were installed quickly and efficiently with a minimum of mess. The necessary power outage was only about 15 minutes. We were very impressed. We would recommend Greenscape as a solar installer.

The whole process was handled excellently and quickly - once agreement had been reached on the installation components and costs, everything ran smoothly. From start to finish and completion of installation, the process took less than 6 weeks.
