I had two great helpers today, Joe and Shaine, who helped me when I wasn't feeling great. They sorted what oil I required and fitted my battery with F1 efficiency. Very happy with service.

Callum & Ty were super helpful when we popped in with my sons bike. The crank had come off the bike and I couldn’t get it to tighten back on with my alum key, turns out the crank spindle was shot and requires replacement, sadly Halfords don’t stock these. Super friendly & knowledgeable Thank you

They were wonderfully helpful. I went in to buy a new bike, before the end of the sale, and was a bit unsure about everything I needed. Joe served me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal on all of the extras I needed too. I'd highly recommend him/Halfords. Thanks!And yet more excellent service from Phil - and Alex - when I went in to collect my bike. Just brilliant, I highly recommend them. The service and attention to detail is really good and it makes all the difference.

Bought a rear windscreen wiper. Readily available, easy to choose and staff very helpful at till. Revisited today, 24/10/23. Got everything I needed at a good price and staff very helpful and friendly. Revisited 8/12/23. Bought gifts for a motorcycle quiz we are running this Monday. Having bought them online they were ready to collect on arrival I thought Emma was really helpful and welcoming, a real asset.

Received brilliant service today at Halfords Torquay. Emma T on the service desk was helpful and efficient and introduced me to an offer that included a 10 point check on my car plus a discount on the day. It wasn't pushed at me, just offered with the just right amount of information.Phil deserves a special mention too. He repaired a chip on my windscreen and carried out all the 10 points on the checklist. He was very knowledgeable but also good humoured with it.Thank you Halfords - I will be recommending you.

Great location for this Halfords. Huge car park and private to this shop only. Massive selection of goods. Staff are very attentive and good at remembering customers. The installation section of this business is good value and a really good quality service. The staff will even go the extra mile to find you the best deal within the store for your needs. Torre train station is behind so ideal if your having an install done as you can pop into Torquay while your vehicle is being prepared.
