I've recently been here for several reiki treatments with Sara and acupuncture with Mark; both were professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming and the treatments were excellent. I'll definitely revisit the centre when we're in the area again and can highly recommend a visit.

Started going here at the end of 2019 for a massage/osteopathy treatment to sort out my back & shoulder issues. Both issues are now under control so I’m pain free.Really impressed with everything about the clinic. There’s Julie to make appointments & answer the phone etc.For massage treatments there is more than one therapist so there’s plenty of appointment choices for different massages.I’ve also had acupuncture & for anyone who’s anxious about needles there’s no need to worry

I book with Emily for Indian Head massages, and they are so fabulous that I try and make regular appointments. Not tried other treatments....yet!

I had been suffering from what I think was sciatica for weeks. It was causing me a lot of problems - particularly getting on and off my bike. An appointment with the Dr would have taken weeks, and then I'd have had to wait more time for a scan.I thought I would try alternative therapy, and the results were very positive. I chatted with them over the phone, and was told that acupuncture and massage was probably the best approach. I was also given some exercises to do at home.After one session I could start to feel the problem easing off, and in total I had four sessions and my problem has gone.

I have been visiting the clinic for a few years now. As I have a chronic back issue, a monthly visit helps me out enormously. The treatment is wonderful, often producing great results leaving me pain free with greater flexibility. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
