First time buyer experience was awful. Jacqueline had called to book a viewing, her attitude was very poor. Advised if I did my homework" I would know the property in question had a burne that flooded. I dont understand how I would do my homework on this

I started my home buying journey in january of this year and we found our perfect home with j boggs we dealt with geraldine robinson who is an absolute lady, very friendly and accommodating considering my working hours she was always willing to go the extra mile, we got our offer accepted on the mouth of the first lockdown which was horrible to say the least but geraldine kept a good line of communication between us and the sellers and could not do enough to help us during these frustrating times, we finally recieved our keys last week which was out of geraldines control, when she heard we were moving she offered to help with storage and anything else we needed I would highly recommend j boggs. thank you for finding us our home
