Went in to buy picture and matching vase. Unfortunately no pictures in stock but girls on shop floor were very helpful and found 2 on display. They found out all the details for us, said we could buy one of those and put behind cash desk while we continued shopping.Manager then came along and said we couldn't buy that one after all as they were available online.....Will take his advice and buy online for our new build home in future just not from Next.Bought nothing in the end Manager cost Next a sale and our future business.

Would actually give them 0 starts if I could, I was transferred to them from Next head office and the phone rang about 50 times then the bloke who answered was rushing to say his name which I didn’t get, I have learning difficulties and he huffed on the phone put me on hold and I was on hold for 12 minutes and then someone picked it up and purposefully put it down. Disgusting behaviour for someone with learning difficulties trying to understand. He made me feel like I was the problem never shop here, not all disabilities are visible.

Nice displays, there great for inspiration. Beautiful furniture and accessories.We have cushions from here rugs, table runners etc. Everything is such good quality. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

This is a nice shop, as are most Next Home shops. We usually come out with something and today was no exception. Prices tend to be reasonable for most items and the staff are always friendly. I feel the quality of the products is usually good. My daughter loves filling her bedroom with trinkets from this shop so always best to leave her at home.
