Love this salon. Been going there for 10 years plus. The staff are so friendly and the salon is a lovely relaxing atmosphere. They really know there stuff when it comes to hair! I always feel a million dollars when I leave! Also absolutely love the Kevin Murphy products they use. 5 star!

Had another wonderful experience at Matthew James saloon. The lovely Katie did my colour which is perfect and Matthew did a trim last minute so accomodating!!! Nothing is too much trouble which makes the whole experience so nice. Thank you all for most enjoyable few hours.

Suj has styled my hair for 7+years. He listens to what you are looking to achieve & is a master with the scissors even on my fine hair. The services provided by the salon include the latest cutting & colouring techniques. All the staff are friendly. The salon has a “spa” feel to it with massage chairs available whilst your hair is shampooed & your scalp massaged. There is also a range of complimentary hot & cold beverages on offer. I would never go anywhere else. Absolute superb salon.

My daughter has just had a balayage done by Martha. It looks fabulous. My daughters hair colour needed correcting and Martha did a fabulous job. 100% recommend this salon , friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, even free drinks included!

First time at the salon, had a beautiful colour and cut by Jenna - she really listened to exactly what I wanted, was very confident and took her time with my hair which I appreciated. Had a fantastic knowledge of how hair colours work! cannot recommend this salon enough

Martha was absolutely amazing doing my hair! Completely transformed my whole look and I am so so grateful. She is the loveliest girl, completely put me at ease and trusted her 100%! Jenna was lovely and chatty! She did an amazing job cutting my hair! 5 star service from her!However the drink that was offered never made it to me and I had a dirty gown to wear.

I asked to do blonde balayage but they said I could only have brunette balayage because my hair was black. When they took the silver out of my hair I saw that it was blonde and that they could very well have done blonde balayage but no, my hair is almost the same and I didn't pay the price they initially told me (£240 + 25 innoluxe). I paid £284 and my hair is horrible and practically the same, they did it on purpose to have to come back again. I'll never come back there again and I don't advise

Had a great experience today at the salon, Leah who cut my hair was fab she spent ages perfecting my hair cut and I love it! It's made me feel so fresh.Great personal experience from start to finish would definitely use them again.
