Needed to stock up on essentials; I’m not too happy about my local Boots, so went to this one steps away from Goodge Street Station. It’s well stocked and had everything I was looking to buy. The staff were super friendly too.

Have visited 3 times just recently and the Pharmacy staff are absolutely brilliant particularly the lovely lady (sorry I forgot to get your name - long brown hair, always friendly and smiling!) who noticed my doctor had written wrong prescription and made sure it was correct before giving me the prescription. Brilliant with advice and really makes you fee comfortable to be able to ask any question - this is def going to be my go to pharmacy forever!

I got a flu-jab here. The pharmacist was so kind and the staff on the till was thoughtful and kind as well. I didn’t know that I can make my advantage card on site at the store, but he was the only one that let me know about it. Thank you so much!

Went to in to buy over the counter medication that my GP recommended, this new kid in there refused to sell it to me trying to peddle another medicine that I’ve never heard of. I was really confused so I contacted my surgery to ask them if this medicine needed a prescription and they said no. Popped into the next boots and bought it no problem. This is unacceptable and just a big waste of my time. Please instruct your staff not to act like doctors…

Visited today for a flu vaccine. Saba and Panos are amazing, with warm smiles and responsiveness. Great assets.
