Our son Charlie has been able to make his nans wish come true today by marrying his fiancee Samantha. All this was made possible by Lynn and her team as mom has terminal stomach cancer. A 'HUGE' Thank you for making the day possible and keep up the good work.x

Although I've had a few bargains in here (and even performed a pantomime once!) this is unfortunately one of the less good charity shops in town. Largely consists of furniture and over packed boxes of crisps and snacks, with books and DVDs tucked away in a dark corner. The place is unwelcoming and underlit, and the staff look miserable, contributing to the depressing atmosphere of the store. Disappointing, I must say.

Great room and the foundation dressed the room really well.Drinks prices are a little on the expensive side, this is thw only reaaon for not getting 5 stars

If you are after decent 2nd hand furniture, pop in and have a look.. I did and got a lovely dining room table and chairs... The price most deffinately did not break the bank... The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating ... It's also a great cause...

Local hospice put us in touch with Honey Rose two years ago. We submitted an application on behalf of my terminally ill mum and never heard anything... until today. Out of the blue, I was contacted to discuss my mum's wishes - she died 16 months ago. To have a two-year backlog is poor management and no one wants this kind of stark reminder. Even a communication at the time of applying stating they're deluged would have been acceptable. I'm genuinely sad if they have so many applications that people have to wait this long - they need to be more compassionate by being more efficient.
