Lank Rigg
After a round of Grike, Crag Fell and Whoap, the walk up to the summit of Lank Rigg will get the blood pumping. The views from the summit are excellent and allegedly the Isle of Man can be seen in good weather??!! If you are bagging Wainwright's then it's a must and it is well worth it.

Stunning walk, Lank Rigg and Whoap. Beautiful panoramic views of the western fells and added bonus of a clear morning and the IOM in view.

Parked at Scaly Moss Road, off road parking but plenty of spacesUp through the forest following the Prow, then bear left to the summit of GrikeCan follow the path over to Crag Fell which has wonderful views of EnnerdaleThen took a path to take in Lank Rigg, via Whoap, lovely Trig Point.Path easy to follow, steep in places but the views make it worth while, can be boggy after a period of rain.
