Jason showed commendable perseverance when what should have been a simple job (changing 4 radiators) turned into something far more complex due to some non standard pipework. He was always reliable and managed to fit me in at short notice even when things became more difficult including doing some work on a Saturday PM. He was friendly and easy to get along with throughout and his communication was good too - he always got back to me promptly. I'll be using Jason again in the future.
