I found this company on google and I don’t regret them, they were understanding as I had missed their initial call on the day that I’d book the move due to me going over at work. I rang back and was given a new time slot that same day. The guys were very professional and friendly and most of all they were very careful with my furniture. I am pleased to leave this review and I will be booking again.

The t&c that I signed for on a mobile device by your employees was totally different. So I have been deceived. £132.50 is a fair amount so I will be waiting to be contacted to receive funds.WARNING EVERYONE THE REAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BELOW. THEIR EMPLOYEES WILL SHOW A FAKE ONE! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING and immoral PEOPLE WILL DO THISInsurance7.1 Public Liability insurance is in place to cover damages to property during the services carried out in the booking.7.2 Goods in Transit insurance is in place to cover damages to items in the van for a value of up to £10,000.00 per van load.7.3 Higher Reward insurance is in place to support our customers who have difficulties traveling, allowing them to be insured to travel with the driver in the van.7.4 Our insurance policies are in place for your confidence in our services. Any claims made on these are subject to a charge of £250 excess per claim. This amount will be deducted from your total payout.7.5 Please note that our insurances do not cover owner-packed goods. Any items not packed by our employees will not be covered by the insurance unless we approve of the packing method.7.6 Any items exceeding the value of £500 must be reported to us. You must request an inventory form from the driver to note these items. Items of value above £500 will not be covered if they are not stated on the inventory form.7.7 Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery. Claims for damages made after this period may not guarantee the acceptance of your claim. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24 hours.7.8 Customers wishing to process a claim under our insurance must allow up to 28 days for the claim to be submitted by us to the insurance company. The time it takes to process the claim can vary depending on the case.7.9 Property damages must be reported to us while our employees are at the property, as they need to take pictures and examine the damages. Claims for property damage will not be accepted once our employees have left the property.Claims8.1 Customers wishing to make claims on the insurance must provide written confirmation, along with pictures and evidence that can support the claim.8.2 All claims made by customers are subject to a charge of £250 + VAT per claim, which must be paid before the claim process can begin.8.3 The claim application we send out must be filled with accurate details and returned to us within 5 working days.8.4 All damages to items need to be reported within 24 hours of the completion time.8.5 All property damages need to be reported while our employees are on the job.

These guys are consumate professionals. I can't say enough good things. My entire journey (from booking to delivery) was done in a sleek and painless manner.Mo and Krish helped with my move and they could not have been more pleasant, friendly, helpful and obliging. They turned up on time and were very patient with little glitches in the plan. They even helped me seal some boxes which weren't yet taped when they arrived! The communication was great; I never had any issue contacting the guys.Falcon relocation offers fantastic value for money and the team clearly have great work ethic. I recommend them to everyone with no reservation whatsoever.

I hired 2 people, Mohammad Osman and Muzammil they both were really kind person. I moved from apartment to house both were came on time worked professionally and did their full job.The only thing which surprised me that if you full 2 hours job and they spend 30mins more they will charge you for full hour.Otherwise good, friendly and professional people.
