Wow excellent customer service from Ben. I had a problem with an online order & was very worried about it, nothing to do with Ben & he managed to sort it out our for me.I was so impressed as he did not have to get involved but did. He went out of his way to help me.Excellent customer service he could certainly show other retailers a thing or too.Rarely have I experienced such amazing customer service.

In all the years I've shopped in your store in st james street I've never experienced such a bad experience. I know we all have bad days but this was beyond that . Power tripping at its finest. Look I get we all have bad days but this was beyond the pale. Have lived in kemptown for years and using superdrug for years!!! Never again.

Horrible woman barked at us 10 minutes before closing time as we entered the store love the fact it says cleaning in progress" and started making passive aggressive remarks about issues to other staff while following us round the store.1) there was no signage on the door to the effect of what she said2) "cleaning in progress" is not an instruction to not enter - there was 10 minutes before the store is advertised to closeShockingly rude staff

The staff member was really super helpful I was struggling to make out the labels on the Maybelline powder foundation because it was printed so small and she helped me with absolutely no hesitation very friendly.All the other staff were really nice as well it's a really good sized store with plenty products and good deals I recommend this location

I was looking for hair dye and a store manager from another store went above and beyond for me helping me locate the product and helped me reserve the product in another store harry was a big help thank you for the help and look forward to being another friendly face and loyal customer :)

It is well stocked with a nice variety of products . I felt mildly uncomfortable in there as it was very quiet and the staff were blatantly having a three-way conversation through their ear pieces and there were smirks on faces. At the till the boy was still engrossed in their chat while he did my transaction. Oh well I guess if we had those in our ears when I was a young store worker the temptation to talk would have been huge for me too.But guys you are not nearly as discreet as you think you are.

So the Superdrug own brand claims itself to be cruelty free and doesn’t test on animals but use beef gelatine in its vitamins supplements. The paradox! I went in to get a refund or exchange and it has been refused, because in their terms and conditions they don’t refund ‘medical products’ (apparently vitamins are medical products now...). Even though I wasn’t informed of so at the time of purchase. I don’t want to be one of those people who says I’m not gonna shop there again but yeah, I’m not going to.

Just to say this store is the best in Brighton. The staff are helpful and the store is so clean. I actually travel to this store rather than the others near to me.Brad Ben and Nicole was the names on there uniform Happy and smiling all of them today . Thank you guy's
