Amazingly helpful staff over the phone and in the store. Helped us find the rare car seat we were looking for and very friendly.

Great Experience at the Wigan Store this weekend. We went in looking for a new car seat and Ian saw to our every need. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and even came to test the seat in the car. Absolute quality service and we bought the seat for cheaper than both Halfords and Amazon. Ian then pointed us in Dave's direction as we were looking for bikes for Christmas and again the service was outstanding. Dave made sure that the bike we tried was spot on and even advised us on aspects of the bikes we didn't know about. Both staff managed the entire process professionally and with great vigour. I can not recommend this store enough and both staff mentioned above are a credit to the company.

Just been to this store customer service was excellent bought a play house and ice cream cart the guy couldn't do enough for us its been a long time since I received customer service this good.

Avoid this retail park. Parking fines for trying go round this and other shops. Won’t be going back to Robin “Robbing” Park again!

All staff were extremely helpful despite the store being busy with only 3 days to go before Christmas. The manager, Martyn, went way above and beyond to help us with our query. This store deserves a 5* rating.
