Priory Dry Cleaners & Laundry, Brockworth

My washing machine packed in just before we went away and we had a lot of washing to do by the time we got back. I reached out to a few launderettes but priory seemed the most helpful. When I went there, I was greeted by Lyn who was the most welcoming person. I brought my 5 month old with me and Lyn was making such a lovely fuss over her and making her laugh. She is so personal and approachable and it made my experience there really enjoyable. Not only was Lyn friendly and hilarious, she managed to get all our laundry done within a few hours. My mum come in today, paid for 2 dryers. When she returned one dryer was emptied in to the other dryer for someone else to use. When she paid £8 for both. No refund or nothing! Absolutley disgusting.

Great experience, staff are very friendly and helpful, they dry cleaned my suit in just a day or two at a very reasonable on price. Recommend highly, will use again.

I have visited this shop in the past to have what was my Mum's beautiful king size, heavy quilted bedspread laundered. The bedspread now belongs to me and I was wondering how/where I was going to get it laundered ready for winter this year. I no longer have a car and thought I was going to have to squeeze it into my shopping trolley and take 2 buses to Brockworth to take it to Priory. I googled them and was really pleased to read on their website that they offer free collection and delivery. I rang to check that single items were included in this offer. I spoke to Shirley. She was so helpful and friendly. I rang on Monday, the bedspread was picked up on Wednesday and delivered back to me on Friday. Fantastic service, very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Try it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Shirley was so friendly and helpful extremely knowledgeable offering advice on what we needed to buy in order to preserve my wedding dresses. She steamed folded and packaged both dresses beautifully.Priory Cleaners was not the nearest cleaners to me but I will definitely use them in future.
