Absolutely abysmal service, I'm only giving one star due to my ability to give zero.I went here to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed, due to a crack in it. I was charged a reasonable price for the new screen, but that's the only positive of my experience. After an hour, my phone was seemingly fixed, only for it to suddenly die completely as I was driving home from the shop. Upon going back, the shop had closed early, with no explanation, forcing me to wait until tomorrow to get it fixed AGAIN.I went back to the shop the next day, demanding a fix or a refund, as the man in the shop had bricked my phone - which was working perfectly fine apart from the crack in the screen. The 'repairman' immediately denied any liability, telling me that I had done something wrong that caused it to die. He said he would have a look at it, and after fumbling around with a clear lack of knowledge of the inside of the phone, he told me the battery had died, and would cost £50 to replace. Suspicious, judging by the fact that it was working perfectly just 24 hours before.I took the phone to another shop to get them to diagnose the issue, and was told immediately that it had been reassembled incorrectly. They fixed the phone for me in two seconds, with no charge.My experience at this shop was absolutely awful, and essentially amounted to a sub par service and an attempted scam. Avoid this shop at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I chose New E-gadgets to repair my phone I initially went in explaining that my screen was broken possibly, the camera, the LCD and underneath and the sim port had water damage. I took my own screen and parts that I had bought, after inspection he told me the parts were not for my model. So told me that he could order the correct parts and fit them. I agreed after the price I paid extra to make sure it matched the original colour of the phone... I arrived back after WEEKS! The screen was silver not pink like we agreed?! So I was angry about that. When they fixed it they told me that the screen works fine, which was the case but the camera still didn't work. They then told me they could buy a new camera and fit that which then I agreed and paid for and waited another few weeks without a text or call. So decided to go in myself after my partner being told that he can't collect the phone even though it was all paid for and I would need to go myself? I then was told it works the screen did work and camera, so I tried my sim card there and then and told them nope sim port still isn't working which is one of the main reason I went there!!!! They then tried saying that I never told them about that fault and I would need to wait an additional week and they'd send it off to be fixed... So I left the phone another 2 weeks no texts or calls so I went in for them to tell me the water damage is not fixed and it's something they cannot do... I brought the phone home and the screen just blacked out So the phones been sent off to a capable repairer!!! So I'm now £250++ down and a phone that barely works and I could have bought a new phone for the price these incapable people have fixed"So please avoid because you will be out of pocket and returned a broken phone"

Went in to have my iPhone 8 screen repaired, the phone had stopped working and men immediately checking it over and taking apart to diagnose the fault. He sorted the phone while we waited and the phone works perfectly. Man followed up with a note asking us to go straight back if there's any problems. Super good satisfied service, highly recommended.

Cracked my iPhone 6 earlier, and like most, I feared I wouldn’t get it repaired for at least a few days BUT iPhix Fones are a godsend and within 1/2 an hour, everything was back to normal - and as a precaution (because I’m expecting to be clumsy again), I also bought a screen protector and a proper phone case (because it’s always Sod’s law that you’ll break/crack it again when you’re least expecting it/just clumsy like I was earlier). Can’t recommend them enough!!! Excellent speedy service.

I was very impressed with the service from start to end. They were prompt at replying to my emails and the price quoted for the nature of the repair was £40 cheaper than other local businesses. My phone was collected and dropped back off at my door within 2 days as it broke during lockdown. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again.

Bought phone from here and price is way cheaper than the other shops around in town and comes with 12 months warranty. Guy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The guy in store are all great! Friendly, kind and full of expert knowledge!! Will definitely be going back here!!! 10/10!!!!!!If you have a problem with your phone, come to this place. You will get honesty, quality work, proper pricing along with a bit of banter and smiley faces... Makes a nice change these days! A pleasure to deal with :)

Please read negative reviews and avoid this shop. They don’t know what they are doing, will break your device and will not take responsibility.

Went in to get a new Samsung back cover, guy sold me the camera portion of it saying they came separately, this was obviously a load of rubbish after a quick Google. Worst thing is it was as expensive as buying a whole new back cover elsewhere. Disappointed that I didn't do some further investigation beforehand as I bought something I'll never use.
