Bought a hayter harrier 41 off theses guys and within the first time of using it,it decided to chug. I phoned them up and they told me to bring it in and have a look at it. After around 7 weeks they told me they had looked at it and had no problem with it. Even though it was under Warranty they still charged me. I took it back and started using it and the same problem happened again! It went back into there garage and they told me they fitted some new parts to it. It cost me around £200.00. I took it back again and started up again and the same problem again. I phoned them to say this was ridiculous and told me if you bring it back we will sell you a new one and give you around £400.00 for the old one and will sell you a new one considering the old was only used around 3 times and only for about two hours running time I think it is worth more than that. I cannot believe because of them selling me a faulty mower right from the started I now have to pay for a new one and cough up the extra because of them!!Not only has this machine cost me nearly £400.00 to get it fixed which its not I am now left with a mower that does not work!!VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOLE SITUATION FROM START TO FINISH!! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

Overpriced rubbish company...ive bought a ms660 that blew up after one day and although they repaired it ...it was never really right again...but then I spent over £600 pound on a Honda lawn mower that must of been assembled wrong because with less than 10 hours use the gearbox went ..to add to my misery Turneys have done everything to wriggle out of the warranty so it is now useless and to expensive to repair...they even put some extra links in a chainsaw and they were facing the wrong way ......I think this company are all fur coat and no nickers and have terrible customer service...I would go anywhere else but to this firm if I was you

I went for Hayter Harrier 56 parts and was delighted by the positive response, helpful and friendly service and the fact that the ordered parts arrived less than 24 hours latter. Superb. It was a pleasure being served by such a good person. I will be going there again many times.

2 starts for the repairs team, zero for the sales team. I asked for a product which I understood to be a certain price, based on info provided by the repairs guys, when I expressed a desire to change to the product with the lower price the sales person walked of and was heard moaning that he asked for 5ltrs now wants 1ltr"
