Mahmoud, put simply, was fantastic all of the way through the process. At the time we were looking to buy an aged property that we knew needed work but wanted to make sure that we weren’t missing anything.In his forensic approach he discovered a number of items (that were big red flags) which aided us massively when we had conversations with the vendor on the original price.To add to it, he was a lovely chap!10/10 would recommend to anyone.
