Very friendly staff. My sales person was able to get me the vehicle I wanted. Forms to complete were stress free and smoothly delivered. On collection day they surprised me with the vehicle covered and a large red bow. They also had a beautiful display sign with a congratulations message.

I am delighted to have found some throughly professional and very helpful folks at this dealership. Vito was very helpful during the sales process, patiently explaining all the aspects of the car and the contract. Troy took over the service management from there and sorted out the software updates required and helped me to enjoy this fantastic piece of engineering! There was a very peculiar issue and I have to say that Marcel and team went above and beyond to ensure it was thoroughly diagnosed and provided me with an appropriate courtesy car until it was resolved. I am absolutely impressed with the level of care shown by Troy and branch head Rebecca, and for being very understanding and supportive throughout. Very glad to have the privilege of interacting with them and thoroughly recommend this dealership for your needs.

I took my car in for a safety recall. From the moment I rang up to book the appointment all of the staff I spoke to were really helpful and friendly. This was continued throughout my arrival to the venue for the service and my time whilst waiting. The lady who greeted me and made me a drink whilst I was waiting was really helpful. I spoke to her about some damage to my front bumper which she came and examined and said she would do what she could once the car is polished. I was informed before I took my car in that there was a potential delay in servicing cars, however the team at Mercedes organised an Uber for me to get from the venue to a station and were in continuous communications with me. As a good will gesture they polished the damaged part of my bumper even though they also provided a quote for repair. I am truly grateful. The effort, professionalism and hospitality from all the team at Mercedes makes me greatly appreciative to have brought my car in for a service from them. I would not think twice about taking my car here again. If you are after a reliable source to look after your vehicle I would look no further than Mercedes Benz West London. Thank you to the team.

I cannot believe that this is a Mercedes dealership. The service team has absolutely no clue what they are doing. First, I gave my car on a Friday hoping to get it repaired and ready by Saturday. But when I called them up on Monday they hadn’t even started working because they didn’t know if my car care plan was going to cover for the expense or not. They felt no need to call and ask me, instead were waiting for my call. Then on Tuesday I again called them then they said they are waiting for an email from the care plan company. I spoke to the company they said they have already sent it out. Then Anisha, the service team member, asked me to come in the morning to collect the vehicle. I got there only to find out that they are still waiting for some email after they made me wait an hour in the name of getting the vehicle ready for delivery. The service team member, Anisha, showed zero responsibility. She kept talking over me in a monotone when I expressed that this was unacceptable. Didn’t care to apologise. She came across as though she was doing me a favour of some kind. I hope that the leadership team of this dealership take this seriously and train their team on basic customer “service”.

Whilst waiting in reception for our car to be checked, a lady in reception by the name of Diana was most hospitable tome and my wife. Making tea and coffee for us was no problem for her which she did with a big smile! Thank you MB, for having staff like Diana, who makes us feel so welcome here!

Sean service controller and Diana the service hostess were the 2 best customer service people I met at West London Mercedes.They went above and beyond with their service to myself .Sean managed to secures a car I was think about buying as my courtesy car ,which enabled me to drive the car for a day and get a real for it .I received a text stating my car was ready and on arrival nobody was around to release the car back but Diana did her utmost to ensure my experience was a good one and managed to bring the car down for me to take .The car had not been washed and she sent it straight back as a priority.The above were great .

The world of car buying has become more complex, not simpler.While I did all the online research, comparisons, and testimonial reviews that most of us do before buying a new car, ultimately my final choice was most influenced by my in-dealership experience and the amazing Samuel Suarez. He asked a few questions and, based on my answers, suggested the right car for me. Samuel made the whole process of buying my new car and part exchanging my existing car very easy and straight forward and made me feel extremely valued. Even though it was his day off, he came in especially to make sure the handover of the car was special and memorable. Thank you Samuel!

Overall the experience was very positive.James looked after us very well, found a car we like and took us through the whole process seamlessly.The only minor negatives were :1. A very hard sell on GAP insurance from his boss, even when I had said I didn't want it.2. We were promised a call to talk us through the tech side of the car, but it never came.
