Worst experience in a karaoke ever! Rude staff acted like we already owed them money the minute we stepped in! More specifically, the always-rolling-her-eyes girl and the glassed-somehow-thinks-he’s-sassy guy! Only the blonde guy is nice. Food, bad and highly over-priced, not worth a penny! Chinese students come and go every year, which is probably why this place hasn’t had enough bad reviews to keep people away!

服务态度非常不好，全程问服务生问题都在给顾客摆臭脸。环境也有点差，厕所很脏，包房和走廊地板很粘。内部的餐食都是速冻食品加热的，价格离谱的高，分量少且难吃，希望大家可以避雷。

The place looked well designed inside. Rooms were up to a standard. The songs had a good collection of different artists however good quantity were slightly small and the TOILETS were a joke (disgusting condition). They need to improve the situation of the toilets and speed of service
