Having recently attended a yoga retreat near Chester. I would like to thank jojo and her team for every little detail- from the outstanding accommodation, spacious and numerous yoga and meditation practices, delicious vegan food, walks, chanting, outside grouding. And most importantly - making us all no matter our age or ability feel safe, nutured and leave feeling well rested and able to practice at home.

Jojo's yoga class never fails to please, ease or tease every muscle and sense in my body. It is the perfect daily tonic, and she the perfect guide. Namaste

I wanted to share how much I enjoy my yoga practice with JoJo. JoJo is an innovative teacher and is intuitive in her teaching. I find the whole experience a fabulous mix of calm, stretching and my own spiritual practice. I come away feeling so much better than when I walked in - always a good sign! JoJo has this knack of adjusting poses and the class to needs and always goes that extra mile to provide a kind, fun and inclusive event. Hurrah! I found JoJo.

Love this yoga with Jojo. After a 5 year break I have started again and the practises are just right. Perfect for me getting back into it and the advanced yogis. The only problem is it's over too quickly, the time flies!! Really recommend it.
