This was the first time we had ordered from this new Domino's store since it opened earlier this summer. We were very impressed with it.We ordered at 6pm and by the time we arrived at the store 14 minutes later our meal was all ready for us. By the time we got it back home it was still piping hot - which is a new experience for us when we have used other Domino's further away from home.The Chicken Wings with Frank's hot sauce were delightful - soft tender chicken perfectly cooked with the spice a perfect balance.I had an Absolute Banger pizza, with a thin and crispy crust, it was also cooked to perfection and is much tastier eaten hot than when it has cooled.A very impressive first impression, I do hope the team keeps these high standards up.

Absolutely awful customer service upon collection tonight. When I arrived the guy was on his mobile and didn’t look up to acknowledge me for several minutes and said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute mate’. When I told him the name the order was under he was adamant my order was at another store, until I showed him the email confirming Whitchurch store. When handing over the meal, he didn’t have the courtesy to say thank you. Will not be ordering from this store again. Disgusting service.

Used this Dominos about 3 different occasions for home delivery. Excellent service and delicious food every time. The best Dominos I've had to be honest.

We buy pizzas again and again, where's the cheese my kids and friends have ordered on several occasions the lack of cheese and barely any tomato base. Definitely not worth the price even half price.

Waited 2.5 hours for the food as they delivered it to the wrong address. When the replacement arrived it was wrong. I called to ask for a refund and was told they would only give me a voucher. I asked for a replacement and all of a sudden they can offer a refund. Absolute joke

Had probably one of the worst pizzas from this place yesterday. The actual pizza was bone dry looked like someone forgot to put the pizza sauce inside and also the dough seemed off because it had massive air pockets throughout the pizza . Wasted £25 as the family did not enjoy it one bit.

Ordered for collection at 18.45. Order finally ready at 19.05. Service is absolutely appalling. Totally clueless in approach, customer service and general attitude towards customers.Whoever has this franchise needs to take a good look at how its run.Probably the worst takeaway in Cardiff and there are quite a few bad ones.

I’ve received a Luke warm pizza that’s clearly been on the hot plate for ages and it’s missing the big dip I’ve paid for. The driver says it will arrive in 20 minutes. It took 40 plus minutes to arrive. Previous orders have been missing the free dip. The llandaf customer service was always great. This place is poor!
