I had a stressful breakdown with my boat trailer on the way to Oban from Inverness. I got going and enquired about who could assist me in Oban.I was recommended to Trail West and I received excellent service and excellent follow-up.The company are plainly knowledgeable and professional and I found that the proprietor was willing to assist me late on a Saturday afternoon. When I later decided to purchase a new boat trailer I went to Trail West and have been entirely satisfied with the service provided.

My camper van relay for the tow bar electrics decided to go pop, called out the AA who sent out Stag Garage Ltd, Oban Steve from Stag diagnosed the problem, Steve then contacted Andy at Trail West who had the right relay in stock, Andy arranged a local auto electrician (James) to meet us at Trail West to fit it. Fantastic service

Thank goodness that there are family run businesses like Andrew's at Trailwest. He has exceptional knowledge when it comes to electrics for towing caravans. We were on our way home today but no way could we tow our caravan as plug on car developed a fault, he worked wonders and we were soon on our way. Highly recommend this guy.
