When my hard drive died recently on my laptop, I called Adrian at Evolution and he was incredible. He understood the urgency of the situation and was able to quickly reassure me that everything was going to be OK (Music to my ears). He had retrieved the information from my broken hard drive within 24 hours. I was given the option of a repaired hard drive for my old laptop but decided to upgrade my laptop entirely and was given a very fair deal on a very good second hand one, along with all the programmes I required.
