Edited: the last 3 times I have been they have screwed up the tea. Honestly its like flavoured water. I wont be visiting again. I do wish the parking was organised better. I have seen drivers block the entrances with their cars and bad parking in general but I don't blame the store for that.

First time trying out this place and did not disappoint, had the karak chaii, strawberry mojito and the loaded fries and it was 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely make this my regular spot!

walsall’s first drive thru chai experience so I had to try it, ordered the oreo milkcake and karak chai, did not disappoint. will definitely come back again

I had high expectations from chaii in walsall although the milkshake didn't disappoint.im not overly impressed by the donuts they were small compared to other chai places and on going cold had a rubbery texture.i would go back for the chai and milkshakes but unfortunately not for the donuts maybe improve them and you never know in future.

I wanted to put my reg plate into the system. The system was down and was taking a long time to load. A girl working there said she would put it in herself and we can go. She asked which car it was and I told her. She either lied she would or forgot because we've just received a fine. I tried calling them but they said there's nothing they can do. I would have waited for the system to work so I could put it in myself but she assured me she would do it. Don't trust the employees.

Exceptional Dessert Shop! 5 Stars!This dessert shop exceeded my expectations in every way! The desserts were divine, with a wide variety to choose from. The quality of ingredients was outstanding, and the flavors were sensational. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, considering the impeccable taste and portion sizes. I highly recommend this place for a truly delightful dessert experience. 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely mouth watering! Definitely unique and different to the other typical desert/chai places. Customer service was on point and food was delicious! Hat’s off to these blokes couldn’t have asked for better :)

This review is only about the donuts as that is the only thing I have tried there.Maybe some people like the donuts, I don't know. But, I did not like them. Heavily fried just too much sauce on top. You know it's heavily fried when parts of your donut taste crispy. I am not a big fan of Krispy Kreme and the likes and prefer the in-house made donuts. But, did not like these donuts.
