Horrible service always loosing forms and took nearly a year and a half to fix a family members toilet and cold water

A family member has a home with this company ,the houses are badly built always needing repairs done and have damp issues i have also experienced bad customer service from staff at this office while visiting with my family member who needs my support at times , there is nothing but complaints all over the internet about sanctuary housing yet they seem to get lots of awards , also when you phone up sanctuary housing some of their staff have a habit of putting the phone down on you , i am not at all surprised this company was featured on Despatches tv show landlords from hell ,DISGRACE, the ceo of sanctuary housing Craig Moule outta be ashamed of the complaints they get

Avoid at all cost. Worst houses around, extremely poor repairs, if done at all. Housing officers change near enough monthly because they can't hack the constant complaints. Houses need demolished they are in such bad shape and housing officers are useless.

Very marvellous place. Wonderful people and exceptional service

staff very cheeky and useless 4 year old can do a better jobconstantly losing my applications and medicals etc.then to find out that the ones who work there give priority to their friends and familya bit unfair. Ive been swore at by reception turned down last minute for a house
