They have taken over a care home that I work at and have cut people's pay and extended people's hours. They are looking to get rid of all the employees within a year and started to get rid of the patients too. It was meant to be a home till death with care and now Midland Heart have taken over they are getting rid of everyone to turn the building into private apartmants. Disgusting behaviour.
