I purchased a 2.4kw far infra-red bar heater which was very effective last winter. Unfortunately the remote control for my unit did not function. Following a few emails back and forth to ascertain more information, the company arranged to send a new remote. They were most helpful.

The IR heater is great, it warms my kitchen quickly and keeps my bald head nice and toasty.I did have a problem connecting to WiFi but after I emailed them they actually phoned my and helped me through the process, there aren't many companies with that kind of customer service.I thoroughly recommend them.

Purchased the 180w portable infrared heater with feet.Did not come with instructions.Contacted support via the phone on the website and they confirmed the panel can be use in portrait.The panel is dangerously unstable and a fire hazard when feet are fitted.See imageDate of experience: 06 December 2023

Honestly the best service provided. I cannot recommend anyone else. Amazing communication and advice. Recieved my heaters within 1-2 days as they promised and cannot be any happier with the heat output of the infrared panels. Thanks guys!

I bought a Patio Heater on impulse at the Good Food show at the NEC in June 2023 and I haven't regretted it. The installation was easy, except I had problems connecting it to the Wi-Fi, this was resolved very quickly after an email exchange with Kiasa Customer Support. It produces exactly the right amount of heat for the area it is installed in. I had a problem with the zip on the cover but this was replaced free immediately after reporting it.Well done Kiasa for a great product and excellent support.

Great customer service.Thought I'd dabble with a panel for my front room, completely messed up and ordered the wrong size, phoned up and spoke to Jay (I think). Jay took me through what I should have bought for the size of my living room and agreed to an exchange on the Monday, By Friday I had sent back the panel and received the replacement bar.Ran the bar for a couple of days, before deciding to take the plunge and drill the walls.Sat in front of us on a metal step ladder (pic 1) you could really feel the warmth, now it has been moved up onto the wall it had obviously diminished a little but can still be felt although a more gentle pace.Where I have placed it (pic 2) I was a little concerned about the heat on the top of the TV, it does get warm but seems to be within the TV's operating parameters.I am controlling it via the smart life App but have not been able to set it up to Alexa as I did the panel heater, not sure if the bar is compatible yet or not.Happy with the heater and impressed with the customer service and communication from the company.Maybe looking at infrared underfloor heating in the future :o)

Ordered heater, heater is faulty, been weeks trying to get resolved. Kiasa have no issues delivering item to Northern Ireland but feck me they have major issues in collecting the item.Kiasa now wants me to stay in the house all day to wait on this item being picked up.Basically lose a days pay.I still have a faulty heater which costs over £250.This company shouldn’t be supplying Northern Ireland and maybe at the very least have information on courtier issues for NI should an item be faulty after being delivered.I am still without a working heater or a refund.If company had have offered to send a new item out I would have easily got item to courier myself and this would have been a great way to resolve this issue as I am now over a month without a working heater.Customer service this far has been less than satisfactory and I will for sure never order from this company again.

I converted my garage into a training studio and needed electric heaters that were energy efficient, quiet, didnt take up space and could keep students warm. The Kiasa heating panels mounted on my ceiling are perfect in every way. I am so thrilled with my purchase. They warm you up quickly and and after an hour I've turned them off and have not needed them on the rest of the day. On top of that they look fabulous! Initially I did need to change the panels for different ones but Hetal in customer services was fantastic and helped me every step of the way to make sure the panels were just right for my room. Very impressed!
