Raydens Dental Surgery

Absolutely rubbish,unexpected staff and rude an unprofessional don't have a clue what they're doing.I went there last week to take a teeth out and the so called dentist tried for nearly an hour and couldn't take it out she broke my tooth inside,it was blood all over my mouth and finally she give up telling me I can't do it and referred me somewhere else .I went to this other place and it token them 5 minutes to take it out.I have removed my self and my family away from this place.

Amusing service. We needed to register our kids with dentist, tried many places but the waiting time is too long. Here every thing takes less than 30minutes. For my surprise all the kids get appointments right after. Thank you Wuraola-you are so helpful.

I've been nervous of visiting Raydens since Mr Peters retired a few years ago. However Annie, who I've seen the last year or so is very kind and patient and talks through every procedure to allay fears. I would recommend her to anyone who is wary of making (and keeping) appointments.

I’ve been coming to this dental surgery for many many years. Staff come and go but in spite of that the service I receive is always friendly, efficient and professional. The new receptionist I saw today is a wonderful addition to the practice, a Canadian lady who could certainly teach a thing or two about good customer service.Keep up the good work everyone!

Very helpful polite friendly and professional surgery . Been there for years and have no complaints at all my dentist is amazing Mrs Rajan also the receptionist very polite and helpful from start to finish .

Came for my first appointment today and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service.Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist to the Dentist.I came with my daughter who is a young toddler. The receptionist smiled at her and made her feel at ease. We got called into the dentist who was absolutely lovely. My daughter got straight in the chair she felt so comfortable. The Dentist was very kind and soft spoken and my daughter remained relaxed and even got sticker after! This was the third attempt at the dentist she cried at my old dentist both visits and they said they couldn't check her teeth.Honestly was such a better experience than I have had in the past.I didn't catch the Dentist's name but she was a young ish lady.Thank you so much for making my daughter and me feel at ease and being so friendly and thorough.We left very happy patients!

Appalling service totally destroyed my teeth go there at your peril

Had been a patient here for 30 years, I was made to leave because I questioned the dentist. Not sour grapes but admin and customer care and a high turnover of staff have all reduced the quality of this practice

I hate going to the dentist as it is never a fun experience for me but this time was different story. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. Dr. Rajan is the best dentist I have ever had, very professional and lovely person. I can not recommend enough Raydens Dental Surgery. Keep up the great job you guys are doing.

Much like everyone else. WORSE DENTAL PRACTICE in Essex. Took 3 goes to actually get through to a human and not a dodgy voicemail. Finally got through asking for an emergency appt... I'm pregnant and needed to know what I could take/do safely but got told can't see you not on our books as haven't been here for a few years! Its a pandemic so knowing people will struggle as no where is taking new people on you'd think they would bend a little...even a telephone appt but instead receptionist told me to call 111... I found a local dentist who gave me a telephone appt, ordered me some antibiotics and saw me in person! I actually cried i was so thankful. Don't even BOTHER with Raydens. Not that they will see or speak to you.. existing customers only... even though they can find you on their system... work that one out?!?! Awful service, Rude staff who leave a heavily pregnant woman in a pandemic in agony! GOOD ONE!
