My insurance was on auto renewal. In 2022, I was charged £480 in 2023 they are proposing to charge £1350! I’ve never made any claims and my circumstances have not changed. Outrageous.

I was in a crash that was not my fault. As it wasn't my fault at no point do they give me a claim number so I can skip the new claim steps. They were quick to pick up my car, and then lose it... I called to find out where the car was. They give me a company name, postcode and number but no address. I pass on the details to the other guys insurance. It then turns out that the details for the depot my car is at is conflicting. I call them up to see if they can give me some more info so I don't look like a fool sending the other guys insurance on a rabbit chase around the country. They give me the same company and postcode but a new phone number. I decide to check online to see if I can get a bit more info to pass on so I don't continue to give the othwr insurance company false information. Turns out both the post code and phone number were wrong.I have had to make numerous calls to find out where my car is, let alone if it is salvageable, listen to their eerie hold musc whilst stressing about the location of my car. Through this I have also looked like a fool passing on duff information to the other insurance team, who have given me a claim number and have been very responsive to me.

AXA invests in Israeli banks, which finance the theft of Palestinian land and natural resources. Do not buy insurance policies with AXA, or if you currently have an insurance policy with them, try cancelling it.
