No complaints. It took us a few passes to realize it was located inside another business, so that could be improved on Google Maps, but the service was stellar, check-in and drop off was smooth and friendly and pick-up was seamless. Highly recommended!

I couldn't leave my luggage in this location but I booked through the website and found another location in the tech store. Beside the bust stop to the airport. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this service!

Perfect location when arriving by tram from the airport and wanting to spend some luggage-free time in the city center and old town. Booking was easy, service at the shop was friendly and fast and the price was very reasonable.

The people were friendly and efficient. That said….it was a little difficult determining if we were at the right place…there were very few Street Numbers on the storefronts on this street AND this was a Souvenir Shop and there was nothing in the window to indicate this was a Bounce location.

Easy to find, very helpful staff at drop off who knew exactly how to find the code on my confirmation email and whisked my luggage away which meant I had a lovely day in Edinburgh without having to drag a suitcase all day. Pick up was quick and easy. Highly recommend
