Ultrasound Direct Lancaster

Our experience was exceptional. We went for a gender scan. We were welcomed in and the receptionist sat with us and talked to us whilst we waited for our scan. She was lovely and attentive. The scan was amazing. It was conducted with so much enthusiasm and excitement by a lovely man who was so genuinely positive about his own experiences of being a dad. The whole experience from start to finish was so fantastic and we left so excited and happy with some amazing photos and video clips of our baby.

We went for our second scan today. It was a 4D baby bonding scan worth £95.We had such a great experience the first time we went but this time I felt disappointed and did not feel that baby bonding that I expected or needed.Allot of measurements were taken and allit of time was spent on that but not allot on actual baby and the 4D images are not great. My baby wasn't really playing ball but they got 3 okay face images and maybe thats enough for them but not for what I paid for. All and all not a great experience

Absolutely wonderful experience. Lovely staff who genuinely care. I felt 100% reassured after my early scan despite suffering horrible 'morning' sickness on the day I felt very well looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutly fantastic service! Steve was excellent, very reassuring and just a complete breath of fresh air.I had my NHS 20 week scan yesterday which was incomplete and they left me with 24 hour of stress & anxiety.I booked Ultrasound direct and managed to get a next day morning appointment, Steve was very welcoming, he did the relevant checks and was showing me what he was checking and that everything looked exactly how it should be.The room was so relaxing with the music in the background I felt so comfortable and at ease throughout the scan.We recieved the most amazing photos and videos which we will cherish forever.Can't thank Steve enough - will be recommending to everybody I speak too.Thank you!

Staff were very friendly, but I was very disappointed with the service. Phoned a couple of weeks before the appointment as I wanted to change the appointment due to being given a later due date from hospital. Explained this to them and they said they could still do the gender scan at 15 weeks plus 3 days. Went for the appointment, had the scan only to be told it was too early to tell the gender and we should have waited until 16 weeks. Explained again to the sonographer that I was told it would be ok to have the gender scan. She said that I shouldn't have come. Asked for a refund only to be told it was our fault we had attended before the 16 weeks! Would not recommend as we had travelled 90 miles to have the gender scan. Waste of time and money and only caused upset.

Babybond advertise a 30 minute Early Reassurance appointment.We arrived for our 10.30 appointment a few minutes early. We sat in a waiting room until approx 10.45, the scan itself was rushed and the sonographer casually mentioned I had a cyst on my ovary. Nothing was well explained and we were then thrown out of the room at 10.50 - there was no time for questions.The sonographer created a report with very little info on, which we waited 5 minutes for and we were then back at our car before 11.00.We paid £99 for this 30 minute appointment and we're therefore totally disgusted at what we received.On contacting the manager of this branch we were completely fobbed off, they claimed they only scan for a few minutes as it's safe for the baby. I do not believe they should be able to advertise a 30 minute diagnostic appointment when they are giving people less than 10 minutes.No refund or rescan of any kind offered just an endless list of excuses - stay away and save your money for a more professional company!!

I attended for a gender scan but I didn't want to be told the gender during the appointment. Instead the gender was to be told to one of our guests at the end of the appointment as we were having a gender reveal party. This was advised 3 times - when booking, at the beginning of the appointment and halfway through. However once they had identified the gender they said 'she is active' so we therefore knew it was a girl. Disappointed as this was not how we wanted to find out the gender. Would not recommend if you do not want to be told the gender during the scan.

The customer service is a joke.They canceld my appointment and i was calling them 2 days in a row to know the reason.I was told someone will call me but no one did it.Third time i called qgain for a refund and they said they have an issue with the sistem and i ll get the refund when they solve it and talkes tome like it was my foult!Very dissapointed...
