Elvira is always a pleasure to talk to, and despite the time difference between the US and London she always makes sure to respond within 24 hours, usually quicker. Mail Boxes Etc has picked up, packed, and shipped two items from two different auction houses and I have been thoroughly impressed both times. Their pricing is always competitive, they pack with such care (my latest acquisition was a lovely Victorian era diamond and pearl encrusted locket which they lovingly wrapped and carefully packed inside not one, not two, but three separate boxes to insure my item arrived perfect) and they send FedEx priority which means I get my item within three days or less. Having a company I can trust to carefully pack and safely ship my items when I’m not there to do it myself is priceless. Thank you Elvira and Mail Boxes Etc great work!

Double-boxed with more than enough supporting insulation. Of course items arrived Stateside without incident. In fact they know exactly how to safely take down and store protruding elements. Cannot recommend highly enough! You'll be worry-free and completely satisfied with their services!
