Kiln dried wood is soaking wet. I ordered ten bags, all wet through. Customer service asked for photos to prove the point, then ignored me.Edit: I posted the photos here in February and in June they replied here (not to me in email) saying that they knew all about my complaint and hadn’t seen the email with the photos.They obviously have my email address, and somewhere an unresolved complaint ticket that they found when they looked me up.They still haven’t emailed back, so I assume they are uninterested in resolving the wet wood issue, and only want to look good on here where, according to Google Maps, my photos have had 10,000 views.I don’t believe that gmail lost the mail I sent, and their lack of follow up only makes it worse. They don’t care.
