Dan in the Haywards Heath branch was fantastic. He helped me very quickly, he was friendly and polite, whilst being profesional also. If I ever need any help or a new contact, I will definitely be going back to Dan. Thanks for your help team Haywards Heath.

I had to upgrade my phone. They could not have been more efficient and helpful. My husband came back with me to pick up the phone and they saved us money on our BT subscription. A truly 5 star service - friendly and efficient. We had the feeling that everyone we dealt with just wanted us to have the best deal possible.

We went into the store on Thursday my daughter wanted information on a smart watch ufte and Heidi where brilliant. Couldn't do enough for us .offering drinks and advice. They were really lovely. Best service I've had in a long long time

Went to EE shop two weeks ago and the young lady manager (sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing. Extremely high customer service, gave us incredible advice and looked after me and my son so well! She was outstanding!!

Fantastic Service! I have visited your Sale branch a few times in the last year for various reasons & problems, I recently visited to upgrade my phone. I really wanted to name Jack, Jason and Rav as apart of your team in recognising what great staff member's you have. You all are an asset to the company. You were all polite & friendly. Nothing was a problem for you, the store has helped me on so many occasions. The team alone has kept me as an EE customer. A big THANK YOU, to you all.

Really great customer service from the team. Ordered in the phone we wanted from another store as not in stock. Fab service, would recommend. Was inthere a while and they were very helpful to people who weren't so technologically inclined with there phone problems.

Mis led to believe my contract would be a certain monthly amount to be charged an extra £40 on the first month and then an extra £10 a month following that “with inflation” which I wasn’t made aware of when getting the contract out after asking several times and being assured the amount I was agreeing to was the amount I’d be paying each month. So I am now stuck in a contract for the next two years at a price I didn’t agree to. I Returned to the store several times to resolve the problem and told someone would be in contact to sort the issue. Now to be told there’s “Nothing they can do as it’s stated in the small print” of my written contract and the lady that sold me the contact no longer works there. Staff need to be trained to not miss sell a contract at an amount out of the budget someone is able to pay!!
