A welcome treat, having just come off the ferry, from Hoy, after a day of walking and cycling there. Food lovely and fella at counter, very friendly and welcoming. Gave it four stars as only had the chance to try one dish

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls with fr, tiniest portion of sauce, chicken fried rice was as dry as sawdust, and the noodles were dry and tasteless, my other half went for it, I'd have refused it, it went in the bin.

Sorry to say that the last 2 meals we have had from here have got progressively worse to a point where I doubt I will give it another chance, which is a shame as I did enjoy the food.The so-called vegetarian spring rolls were nothing but pastry with no filling. The chicken satay was basically watery peanut butter with hard pieces of chicken, and the rice was hard and tasteless. There would need to be a big improvement before we return.

Food has always been delicious and plenty of it. Good prices too. My only comment would be about the young lady who was serving when I was there last week, she was wearing a fleece onsie! Surely not appropriate attire for serving the public. Also the language between her and the lad wasn't ideal especially when there was young children in the shop, there was a lot of swearing between them in loud voices. Other than that I have no complaints.

Decent Chinese food cooked China Chinese style (not usual Cantonese style u have everywhere).Vegetables cooked perfectly, crispy & fresh (not soggy). Boiled rice cooked precisely, fresh (not mushy, overcooked, dry).Thank you

Go to Kirkwall! Rude staff took phone order. On pick up was charged more than prices advertised online and order was incomplete. When this was queried staff were rude again and no refund offered. Food was terrible.

Expect to get the wrong order. Ordered over the phone, staff completely incompetent at taking an order. What we received wasn't even close to what was ordered. Other than the rice dishes and fish and chips, only one part of our order was correct. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not be returning. Food isn't even that good.

I personally can't rate this service more highly. The staff are always extremely helpful, particularly Reece a local gentleman. I have been served by others and unfortunately I haven't been met with the same high standards. I always get the correct order when I get it through that staff member and I particularly appreciate his helpful nature.The food itself is such a fantastic variety and I personally really appreciate that they cater for Vegans and Vegetarians. I absolutely love having this on my doorstep. Very fast service, really fresh delicious food. Thank you to all involved.
