From the moment I met with Ashlea for a move quote, the process was exemplary. Our purchase was a long, drawn out procedure and at every step, Kym in the office kept me up to date with move date availability to ensure we could work together on our completion.The day before completion, the team turned up on time, well presented and very clear on their role to pack up our house. They did an incredible job and left us with the basics overnight, ready for the 'big move' the next day.Again, on the day of the move, the team were on time and swift to load everything ready for the 'go' signal. I was fascinated on how they loaded the lorries - it was like the biggest game of tetris i've ever seen!We got the keys and the team unloaded quickly and efficiently. Great service; friendly and helpful staff - both in the office and the removal guys. Conducted a three stage move of two pianos for us, gave us a sensible price, kept to time on the day, no moving problems, protected the pianos and our floors, they were polite and tidy - perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Recently had such a nightmare experience with Lovespace and I feel like Akers literally saved my sanity.So professional, helpful and honest!Kym, Rob and Ashlea were amazing. I feel bad as I was so frustrated with Lovespace and may have been quite short with them but they handled me so well and really understood my frustrations.I couldn’t recommend them more. You really do get what you pay for - amazing service.

These guys went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am never moving again! But if I did, I would be using Akers, they were absolutely brilliant.
