Thank you Henry for a brilliant shopping experience. We went today armed with a shopping list for our daughter. Henry took the list & a basket & within a couple of minutes had everything we asked for . He was so knowledgeable, we all left with a few more items to make up our purchase. I could have bought loads more .....so will be back . Forget ordering on line.....go to the shop

Opening a nail shop sometimes is frustrating, but luckily all the staff members were friendly and willing to help us. Had a very lovely experience and will like to come here soon. Was feeling welcomed

I recently had the opportunity to shop here, and I must say that I was really impressed by the range of products they offer. James and Henry, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through their impressive selection of products. Let's not forget to mention Nikko, the adorable Shiba who roams (sleeps) around the store – super cute!I particularly love their DND products. They have an amazing selection of colours, and the best part is that they last forever! It's great to find a place that offers quality, variety and affordability.Side-note, Henry’s hands could do with a bit of hand cream and cuticle oil for maintenance, girl’s looking drier than the Sahara desert. But overall my experience was excellent, thanks James and Henry for all your help and recommendations. I look forward to visiting again soon.

AVOID! I buy some stuff from here via their website. The electronic stuff (nail signs) show signs of breakage after about 3 months. They exchanged the sign for me but I had to bring it back which was a massive waste of time on my day off. Most recently I purchased Nail pro gel base and top coat 500ml each bottle. When I opened them, both appears to have about 2/3 left. No seal at the top. I suspected that they poured out some to make extra cash. I called and was told I’d get a call back after they’ve spoken to the wholesaler and no one called. So I called in the evening and was told to sympathise since they’ve bought the products from someone else. This is not my problem. I asked if they could send out a smaller bottle of each to make up for the missing amount but was told either to bring or send back the bottles and get a refund. Both would waste my time and money as they would not refund my postage cost. They didn’t bother reply to my email which shows the video of me squeezing all the way with my palm before it started to show at the top

Visited the store today to get a few nail bits, completely new to some of the products. They have EVERYTHING. Henry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - walked me through exactly what I needed, was patient enough to help me pick the perfect French base colour for my complexion and wasn’t trying to up-sell what wasn’t required. Amazing experience - will be back!
